As such, budgieweb aims to provide affordable websites to our customers which meet their needs and budgets, without compromising on quality.
To achieve this aim, we continuously endeavour to ensure our products are delivered within the cost, quality and delivery time-frames agreed with our customers. In addition, we aim to discuss customer needs in non-technical terms, where appropriate. Our customers can also expect accurate information and progress updates. There will be no hidden extras.

Our Customer Care Policy also aims to remove the dreaded "small print". Terms & Conditions do exist and are provided to all customers before they purchase any of our products. We also endeavour to point out those aspects that are most important for the customer to be aware of.
