budgieweb knows that it's customers have genuine needs when it comes to getting a professionally designed website, for as low a price as possible. budgieweb also believes it is chosen by its customers to design and host their websites because those customers trust budgieweb to design and implement a quality, fully tested website within the agreed timeframe and price.

budgieweb therefore understands its customers are concerned about price, quality and delivery time. budgieweb is concerned with sustainable growth and good quality relationships with our customers. We believe our needs and the needs of our customers are inter-twined. We have therefore built these customer expectations into our service standards, ensuring that we constantly meet our customer's expectations.

Critical therefore, to our Service Standard, is that budgieweb will ensure it's timeframes and cost models are accurate. It will not attempt to provide deadlines it cannot meet. Our customers will therefore have realistic information, up front, which they can work with.

Additional to this, our Service Standards also aim to ensure we always aim to:

• deal with you honestly, fairly and politely
• try to give you the information you need
• try to see things from your point of view
• respect your right to confidentiality
• be trustworthy and reliable
• take account of the needs of people with a disability and those whose first language is not English
• always try to be efficient and effective
• have an easy to use complaints procedure if things do go wrong.
